apple fiber


 

Apple fiber is a preparation obtained from apple pomace by the purification, micronization. (mechanical grinding to a few dozen microns) and sterilization (heat - steam).

The production process is only physical process. The product doesn’t contain any chemicals substance and is a 100% natural product.

 

preparation:


Free-flowing powder with homogeneous dispersal consistency (slight caking is allowed)

Colour of the powder is yellow/brown. Taste and smell are typical of for apples, without off-taste and foreign smells.

 
 

Application:


Product may be used as some substance solidification substitution for production of ketchup, tomato sauce and marmelade. Adding to the bread make a final product last for longer.
