Citrus Fiber HB is a concentrated, natural citrus fiber with a light yellow to yellow color. It has the characteristic odor and flavor of citrus fruits, derived from lemons.
Citrus Fiber HB is GMO and allergen free.

Application:
Can be used to emulsify and thicken ice creams, dressings, sauces, beverages replacing carageenan, guar gum, locust bean gum, xanthan gum and monodyglycerides and replace eggs in breads.
